INVITATION TO FORCE  WORKSHOP “Upscaling”

FORCE  (Forum for Reservoir Characterization, Reservoir Engineering and Exploration Technology Co-operation) invites you to participate in the mentioned workshop March 30^th  and 31^st  2004.

The FORCE Technical Committee Reservoir Characterisation will organize a workshop on this topic at the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate's offices in Stavanger (Prof. Olav Hanssensvei 10, Ullandhaug).

Topic of the workshop:

The workshop will focus on modelling and upscaling of reservoir properties like permeability and water saturation, include discussions of scale and modelling workflow illustrated by field and core examples.

The FORCE program committee for this seminar is Tore Loseth (Norsk Hydro), Kjell Buer (bp), Anke Wolff (NPD), Janka Nakken (NPD), Claus Clausen (ConocoPhillips), Tor Barkved (Norsk Hydro) and Morten Bergan (RWE Dea Norge).
