PRACTICAL
INFORMATION
In
general, the early summer in the Ainsa region is the perfect time to visit the
area. The landscape is refreshingly green and the temperature rarely exceeds 30 deg.C (average is 25 deg.C).
Still, that means sunscreen, sunglasses, light coloured clothes and maybe even a
hat. At night it can be relatively cool, typically 10-15 deg.C, sometimes
colder. Bring a pullover! In
addition, good, sturdy boots/shoes are recommended.
The
hotel in Ainsa provides a lunchpack to take into the field. A knife might be
useful. Just remember to pack it in checked luggage. If you are addicted to
coffee during the day, bring your own thermos.
