Sedimentology and stratigraphy

Objectives

To increase knowledge of sedimentology and stratigraphy in the Norwegian Continental Shelf to enhance exploration and production activities on the NCS.

Scopes

  • 2-3 workshops each year
  • Bring academics, contractors and oil companies together to discuss relevant topics
  • Core workshops and technical seminars
  • Provide an arena for discussion of stratigraphy and sedimentological issues.
